Shipping policy

We are pleased to inform you that we offer shipping worldwide! 

  1. Once you place your order on the Website, we receive the details of your order on our system. We then cross check if the Product and the required quantity is available with us. If the Product(s) is available, we conduct a thorough internal inspection of the Product(s). Our Products are properly packed in a multilayer packaging to ensure utmost safety. 
  2. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse / factory , you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the delivery agency that has been designated to process and deliver your order. You can track the status of your order after 2 to 3 Business Days. (“Business Days” means 10 am to 6 pm on all days except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. 
  3. Our domestic orders are dispatched with our trusted delivery partner – shiprocket (“Delivery Partner”). You accept that 7 Petals Home may, at its sole discretion, change, either temporary or permanently, its deliver partner. This is however subject to change without notice. 
  4. We usually dispatch our standard domestic orders in 7 – 10 Business Days from the date on which you place your order with us. The Products is expected to be delivered to you by 7 to 10 Business Days from dispatch. It is possible that delivery of products to remote locations in India may take longer than 20 Business Days. Please note that this timeline is not applicable for custom made orders. We will notify you separately on the delivery schedule. 
  5. For international orders, the Products should be delivered to you a period 1 to 2 months from the date of dispatch, subject to the country of delivery. Applicable Custom charges and other such taxes as per country guidelines shall be borne by the customer, and are payable to the delivery agency. We are not liable to pay any custom charges and other such taxes. 
  6. Please note that:
    1. Orders will be delivered to the address specially selected and provided by you for delivery. We request to ensure that you provide the correct delivery address. In case of any change in delivery address, please write to us at mail@cottageimpex.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note you shall be liable to pay any additional  charge / penalty payable to the delivery agency in the event of change of delivery address. 
    2. The aforesaid timelines are merely indicative in nature and would be subject to the availability of stock and delivery partner, prevailing circumstances, etc. We do not represent and warrant that the Products will be delivered to you on the timelines indicated above. We request you to verify the status of your order from the order tracking page provided to you.
  7. You may be required to acknowledge receipt of the package at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, please authorise another person such as a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. to collect and acknowledge receipt of the delivery.  We will however take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  8. In case, the delivery partner is unable to reach you on the delivery address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue and liaise to deliver the Product(s) to you at an alternative time if required. If a delivery partner is unable to contact you, the Products will be returned to us.
  9. We levy a shipping fee as per the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination for domestic orders and for international orders. This is maybe modified and subjects to the actual prevailing rate, product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The final shipping will be calculated at the checkout page of our Website and intimated to you before making the payment.
  10. We are not responsible or liable for: 
    1. Any delay in the delivery of the Product; and 
    2. Any damage caused to any Product during transit or delivery. 
  11.  For any complaints/queries on the shipping of your order, please contact us at mail@7petalshome.com within 3 Business Days of your order delivery for resolution.
