REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY
  1. 7 Petals Home endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
    As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order only if the item(s) are received in their unused condition and original packaging with their seals, packaging intact
    1. Please note that used or damaged items due to the customer shall not be replaced by us. We conduct a thorough investigation of the Product(s) sought to be replaced or refunded. Once we are satisfied with the inspection, we will initiate replacement or refund.
    2. We also accept partial replacement wherein you can raise a replacement request for one or all items in your order.
    3. If we are unable to replace the product for any reason, including availability of stock, we will refund you the amount in terms of our Cancellation Policy.
    4. Replacement will not be accepted under the following conditions:
         i) 
      The item(s) is/are damaged due to misuse/overuse;
         ii) The item(s) is/are returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing and other accessories;
         iii) Serial Number on the product is tampered with;
         iv) Item(s) is/are used or altered;
          v) If request is initiated after 48 hours of delivery
         vi) Item(s) has/have been given by 7 Petals to you for free.
    5. Please note that customized orders cannot be cancelled/replaced/refunded at any time, once confirmed by us.
    6. For payments done through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI or e-wallets, the refund will be processed to the same account / wallet from which the payment was made. 
    7. If your order is canceled/replaced/refunded, any discount codes/vouchers availed by you shall be treated as canceled.
